Officers of the Association extended an invitation to members and their friends to attend a service to commemorate 40 years of The Filby Association at All Saints Church, Filby, Norfolk. The ladies of Filby Church kindly provided a delightful buffet for all to savour after the service.

As can be seen from the photograph below, our 40th Anniversary was well attended. Prior to the church service The Association held its first A.G.M. at 11am in the church hall. The successful meeting was well attended, and included a member and his family from Australia. In future the A.G.M. will be held annually on the day of the service to give our members an opportunity to voice their opinions in the running and development of the Association.
